Samantha Bee came up with the second apology. She apologized to Ivanka Trump for calling her c-word. Samantha faced major backlash from politicians when she used inappropriate words for Ivanka Trump. President Donald Trump openly questioned why she hadn’t been fired after using dirty language on her low-rated show.

The 48-year-old comedian and writer addressed the controversy on her TBS show Full Frontal With Samantha Bee on Wednesday night and apologized to Ivanka Trump for her bad mouth. “I crossed the line. I regret it and I do apologize for it. The problem is, a lot of women have heard that word at the worst time in their lives, and don’t want it reclaimed. I don’t want to inflict more pain on them. I want this show to be challenging and to be honest,” Samantha Bee said on the show.

She also joked about Ted Cruz and said: “I never intended it to hurt anyone except Ted Cruz.” Samantha also added that she didn’t care about men who were offended by his words. Samantha Bee apologized for the second time but with the catch. She confidently accepted her mistake.

Samantha Said: “The problem is that many women have heard that word at the worst moments of their lives. A lot of them don’t want that word reclaimed; they want it gone. And I don’t blame them. I want this show to be challenging and I want it to be honest, but I never intended it to hurt anyone, except Ted Cruz.”

According to Samantha civility is a nice word. She said: “If you are worried about the death of civility, don’t sweat it. I’m a comedian. People who hone their voices in basement bars while yelling back at drunk hecklers are definitely not paragons of civility. I am really sorry I said that word, but civility is just nice words. Maybe we should all worry a little bit more about the niceness of our actions.” Samantha Bee also mentioned that there are many more important issues that deserve than that.
