Alec Baldwin was arrested on Friday for assault and harassment charge, when he allegedly punched a man in the face for taking a parking spot in New York City. According to NEW YORK (AP) Alec Baldwin is completely denying the allegation of punching anyone over a parking spot. An assault allegation is being reported “for the purposes of clickbait entertainment.”

Alec Baldwin later tweeted from the account of the Hilaria and Alec Baldwin Foundation that “the assertion that I punched anyone over a parking spot is false. I wanted to go on the record stating as much.”

Baldwin was recently released from the local police precinct in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village neighborhood after almost two hours. He was ordered to appear in court again on November 6.
